1965	Clemens Friedrichs and Helmut Rath found a small corporation on the outskirts of Bösingfeld. Domestic Appliances has been our main focus in this early phase.
1983	Erection of a ready-to-operate production facility in Extertal / Bösingfeld.
1990	Expansion of our administration building in Extertal / Bösingfeld.
1991	As 2nd generation Ralf Friedrichs enters the company.
1993	As 2nd generation Dr. Stefan Rath enters the company as well.
1993	Foundation of nokutec Kunststofftechnik GmbH in Quedlinburg, Saxony-Anhalt.
1993	The automotive industry becomes F&Rs main area of growth.
1996	Foundation of Friedrichs & Rath Inc. in Anderson, South Carolina / USA.
1997	Start of production in Anderson, South Carolina / USA.
2004	The expansion of the production floor in Anderson, South Carolina/USA is put into operation.
2004	Clemens Friedrichs and Helmut Rath hand over to Ralf Friedrichs and Dr. Stefan Rath.
2005	A warehouse is acquired in Extertal/Bösingfeld and logistics moved to this building.
2006	Foundation of Friedrichs & Rath s.r.o., Krupka, Cz.
2007	Our Krupka facility is put into operation.
2008	Friedrichs & Rath receives their first order from the packaging industry.
2008	sk Werkzeugbau GmbH takes over F&R´s tool shop in Extertal / Bösingfeld.
2008	Torsten Kilb and Werner Lehmann take charge in Anderson / USA.
2008	Take over of management in Extertal / Bösingfeld by Stefan Dux and Jürgen Exner.
