Our top priority in quality: customer satisfaction
Quality and reliability are the central management tasks within the F&R group. For us quality management and
our environmental policy are well beyond pure product quality. In the centre of all our activities we see our
customerīs satisfaction.
Most up to date technology in both measurement lab and CAQ, utilized by our well- trained employees, our way
of supervising production processes. Thus we guarantee the level of quality our customer expects from an
F&R location.
Our management system is certified according to ISO/TS 16949:2009 in all locations. Since 2009 our Extertal
location is also audited according to ISO 14001:2005 (environmental management standard). All other locations
are currently evaluating their management system to become yet another ISO 14001:2005 location within our
group.
